Relationship of high sensitivity Creactive protein, fibrinogen, uric acid and carotid artery arteriosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction
ObjectiveTo explore relationship of high sensitivity Creactive protein, fibrinogen, uric acid and carotid artery arteriosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from january 2010 to december 2013 were as experimental group, meanwhile, 30 healthy subjects who received medical checkup at the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group, the levels of serum HsCRP, Fbg, UA were measured, carotid intimalmedial thickness(IMT)were measured by carotid artery ultrasound, the above indexes of two groups were compared. ResultsThe levels of serum HsCRP, Fbg, UA and IMT thickness in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), in the experimental group, the levels of serum HsCRP, Fbg and UA were gradually increasing with the thickness of IMT increased (P<0.01). ConclusionsThe levels of serum HsCRP, Fbg and UA play a very important role in the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
