目的了解建筑工人艾滋病知识知晓情况，以便更好地有针对性地开展该类人群艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育。方法在广西灵山县灵城选取5所建筑工地1000名民工进行艾滋病知识调查。结果建筑民工对AIDS知识的总知晓率为59.0%，对3种传播途径的知晓率为66.2%，对AIDS的非传播途径总知晓率为47.3%。结论建筑民工对AIDS知识的总知晓率（59%）离中国艾滋病2010年行动计划要求达85%以上还有很大差距，对流动人口艾滋病知识的宣传还要加强。

ObjectiveTo understand awareness of knowledge on AIDS knowledge among construction workers,in order to carry out a more publicity way for health education on AIDS among them.MethodsQuestionnaire were use to interview construction workers of 5 construction site in Lingshan county city,Gangxi,Included 1000 construction workersResultsThe average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 59.0%,the awareness rate of 3 route of transmission was 66.2%,the awareness rate of non transmission route of AIDS was47.3%.ConclusionThe average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among construction workers was only 59.0%,It istill far behind the 2010 action plan of AIDS in China(85%),It is urgent to strengthen publicity of knowledge on AIDS among flowing population.
