目的了解广西部分医院相关科室医师对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）知识的培训、掌握情况及对此病的重视程度。方法制作OSAHS知识问卷调查表（OSAKA）。内容包括答卷人基本情况、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征知识、对OSAHS的重视程度等共30条。调查对象主要为广西二、三级医院内科、儿科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科医护人员。结果共调查广西28家医院医护人员1 569人，其中医师811人，收回医师问卷调查表755份（应答率93%）。对OSAHS知识有了解的医师为65.7%；接受过OSAHS知识培训的医师为27.8%；18条OSAHS知识题（每题回答正确得1分）平均得分（11.51±4.15）分。结论广西相关科室医师接受OSAHS知识的培训率较低，对OSAHS的流行病学特点、发病机制、诊断、治疗及治疗副作用认识不足。半数左右的受调查医师对诊断治疗OSAHS缺乏信心。必须通过各种方式尽快提高各相关专业人员OSAHS知识水平。

ObjectiveTo study the training of OSAHS knowledge,the Mastering and the disease value degree among related department physician in Guangxi.MethodMaking OSAKA questionnaire,which included 30 bars,such as the people′s basic condition,OSAHS knowledge and the disease value degree,ect.Questionnaires boject is the medical staff,who is woking in the department of secondary and tertiaryhospital of Guangxi,Such as physician,pediatrician,otolaryngologist,stomatology physicians.ResultsA total of 28 Hospital 1569 medical personnels in Guangxi were investigated,and 811 of them were doctors,755 valid questionnaires (response rate of 93%)were returned.The rate of the doctors who have a certain konwledge of OSAHS were 65.7%,27.8%doctors have received the training of OSASH.Average of correct score in 18 knowledge items was 11.51±4.15.ConlusionInvestigation showed the physician in Guangxi received the training of OSAHS knowledge is in a low rate.The doctors are lacking of the knowledge in the epidemiological characteristics of OSAHS,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and treatment side effect.About half of the surveyed physicians lack of confidence in diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.It is important to enhance the related physicians’ knowledge of OSAHS through various ways as soon as possible.
