目的探讨健康体检人群血管硬化与亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR) C677T位点基因多态性和血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的相关性。方法选取460名健康体检者,根据心踝血管指数将其分为血管硬化组(160名)和非血管硬化组(300名)。比较两组的血清总胆固醇、血清三酰甘油、空腹血糖、血清Hcy水平,以及血压和MTHFR C677T位点基因型,采用多因素logistic 回归分析法分析血管硬化的影响因素。结果两组患者的年龄、性别、收缩压、舒张压、血清总胆固醇水平、血清三酰甘油水平、空腹血糖水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。两组患者的血清Hcy水平、MTHFR C677T位点基因型差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,男性、血清Hcy水平高、MTHFR C677T位点基因型(CT型或TT型)为血管硬化的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论男性、血清Hcy水平高、MTHFR C677T位点基因型(CT型或TT型)为血管硬化的独立危险因素。
ObjectiveTo explore the correlations between vascular sclerosis and both methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T gene polymorphism and serum homocysteine (Hcy) level in the healthy physical examination population. MethodsA total of 460 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination were selected and divided into a vascular sclerosis group (160 cases) or a non-vascular sclerosis group (300 cases) according to the cardio-ankle vascular index. The serum total cholesterol, serum triacylglycerol, fasting blood glucose, serum Hcy levels, as well as blood pressure and MTHFR C677T genotype were compared between the two groups, and the influencing factors of vascular sclerosis were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, serum total cholesterol level, serum triacylglycerol level, or fasting blood glucose level between the two groups (all P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in serum Hcy level and MTHFR C677T genotype between the two groups (all P<0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that male, high serum Hcy level, and MTHFR C677T genotype (CT or TT) were independent risk factors for vascular sclerosis (all P<0.05). ConclusionMale, high serum Hcy level, and MTHFR C677T genotype (CT or TT) are independent risk factors for vascular sclerosis.
