目的探讨南宁市反复呼吸道感染患儿血清25-羟基维生素D3水平及其与免疫功能的相关性。方法选择在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院诊疗的348例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为疾病组,另选126名同期体检的健康儿童作为对照组。比较两组的血清25-羟基维生素D3与免疫功能指标水平。结果疾病组25-羟基维生素D3缺乏率高于对照组,血清25-羟基维生素D3水平和外周血CD3+、CD4+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值,以及血清IgA、IgG和IgM水平均低于对照组 (均P<0.05),两组外周血CD8+水平差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。疾病组中25-羟基维生素D3缺乏患儿外周血CD3+、CD4+水平和CD4+/CD8+比值,以及血清IgA、IgG和IgM水平均低于25-羟基维生素D3正常患儿(均P<0.05),且疾病组患儿血清25-羟基维生素D3水平与外周血CD3+、CD4+水平,以及血清IgA和IgG水平均呈正相关。结论南宁市反复呼吸道感染患儿血清25-羟基维生素D3水平较低,患儿血清25-羟基维生素D3水平与免疫功能有相关性。
ObjectiveTo explore the serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level and its correlation with immune function in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in Nanning. MethodsA total of 348 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection diagnosed and treated by Maternity and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the disease group, and 126 healthy children who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. Serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 and immune function indexes levels were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe deficiency rate of 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 in the disease group was higher than that in the control group, while the serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level, peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ level, the CD4+/CD8+ ratio, as well as serum IgA, IgG and IgM levels were all lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the peripheral blood CD8+ level between the two groups (P>0.05). The peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ level, the CD4+/CD8+ ratio, and serum IgA, IgG, and IgM levels in children with 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 deficiency in the disease group were lower than those in children with normal 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level (all P<0.05). The serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level was positively correlated with the peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ and serum IgA and IgG levels in children in the disease group. ConclusionThe level of serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in Nanning is low, and serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D3 level of children had correlation with immune function.
