目的探讨急性心肌梗死心电图（ECG）特征及其临床应用价值。方法对83例急性心肌梗死患者的心电图动态变化进行分析。结果83例患者中出现典型心电图变化者56例（67.5%）；恶性心律失常7例（8.4%），心源性休克3例（3.6%），心力衰竭3例（3.6%）；死亡2例（2.4%）。结论心电图操作简单，重复性好，但利用心电图对急性心肌梗死患者进行诊断，还应结合患者临床症状，心肌酶学动态变化，影像学资料进行综合分析，才能为急性心肌梗死患者的早期诊断提供可靠的科学依据。

ObjectiveTo explore the characteristic of ECG in patients with acute myocardial infarction and its clinical application. MethodsThe data of dynamic electrocardiogram of 83 patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed. ResultsTypical ECG in 56 cases(67.5%), malignant arrhythmia in 7 cases(8.4%), cardiac shock in 3 cases(3.6%), heart failure in 3 cases(3.6%), 2 cases died(2.4%). ConclusionsElectrocardiogram is simplicity and highly reproducible, but it should be combined with clinical symptoms, dynamic changes of cardiac enzymes, imaging data, and take comprehensive analysis ,which can provide the scientific basis for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
