目的观察维生素D滴剂辅助治疗骨质疏松症患者的临床效果及其对患者骨代谢指标的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月我院收治的骨质疏松症患者81例,采用随机数字法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组患者给予枸橼酸钙治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予维生素D滴剂治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效;比较两组患者治疗前后的血清25(OH)D3、血磷、Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端前肽(PICP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(80.5%)明显高于对照组(57.5%),临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清25(OH)D3、血磷水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者的血清25(OH)D3、血磷水平均显著升高,观察组患者的水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清PICP、BALP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,两组患者的PICP、BALP水平均显著降低,观察组患者的水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素D滴剂辅助治疗骨质疏松症患者,临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者骨代谢状况。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of vitamin D drops assisted for treating patients with osteoporosis and its influences on bone metabolism levels. MethodsEighty-one patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected, and they were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (41 cases) according to the random number method. The patients in the control group administrated calcium citrate, based on which the observation group administrated vitamin D drops for treatment. The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment, and the pre- and post-treatment levels of serum 25(OH)D3, blood phosphorus, procollagen type I carboxy-terminal propeptide (PICP) and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase (BALP) were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group (80.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (57.5%), and the clinical efficacy was superior to that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in serum 25(OH)D3 and blood phosphorus levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum 25(OH)D3 and blood phosphorus in the two groups significantly increased, and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of PICP and BALP between the two groups (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of PICP and BALP in the two groups significantly increased, and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionVitamin D drops assisted for treating patients with osteoporosis has a significant clinical efficacy, and it can effectively improve bone metabolism status in patients.
