目的探讨百令胶囊辅助来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年3月在广西壮族自治区桂东人民医院肾内科住院治疗的系统性红斑狼疮性肾炎92例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组患者给予来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予百令胶囊治疗，两组患者均治疗6个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效；比较两组患者治疗前、治疗6个月后的白蛋白、血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白、补体 C3水平；比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6个月后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率（93.5%）显著高于对照组（78.3%），临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的白蛋白、血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白、补体 C3水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗6个月后，两组患者的白蛋白、补体 C3水平均显著升高，观察组患者的水平显著高于对照组；两组患者的血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白水平均显著降低，观察组患者的水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应发生率（8.69%）显著低于对照组（23.91%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论百令胶囊辅助来氟米特联合泼尼松治疗，可显著提高狼疮性肾炎患者的临床疗效，改善免疫功能，减轻炎症反应，改善肾功能，降低不良反应发生率。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Bailing capsule assisted leflunomide combined with prednisone in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis. MethodsA total of 92 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology in Guidong People′s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by the random number method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with leflunomide combined with prednisone, based on which the observation group was treated with Bailing capsules. Patients in both groups were treated for 6 months. The clinical efficacy, pre- and six-month post-treatment levels of albumin, serum creatinine, 24-hour urine protein, and complement C3 were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was also compared. ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (93.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.3%), and the clinical efficacy was superior to that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in albumin, serum creatinine, 24-hour urine protein, and complement C3 levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the albumin and complement C3 levels significantly increased, whereas the blood creatinine and 24-hour urine protein levels significantly decreased in both groups, and the observation group yielded higher levels of albumin and complement C3, while lower levels of blood creatinine and 24-hour urine protein as compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (8.69%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.91%), with a statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). ConclusionsBailing capsule assisted leflunomide combined with prednisone for treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with lupus erythematosus nephritis, improve immune function, alleviate inflammation, improve kidney function, and decrease the incidence of adverse reactions.
