目的探讨牛磺酸治疗对冠心病合并2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者血脂水平和内皮功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年2月我院收治的稳定性冠心病合并2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者加用小剂量牛磺酸治疗,疗程6周。比较两组患者治疗前后的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素-1水平以及治疗过程中的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后,观察组患者的三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的NO、内皮素-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6周后,观察组患者的NO水平显著高于对照组,内皮素-1水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,加服小剂量牛磺酸治疗可有效改善冠心病合并2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者的血脂水平及内皮功能,对减缓疾病进展具有积极的意义。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of taurine treatment on the blood lipid level and endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with comorbid type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia. MethodsA total of 120 patients with stable coronary heart disease complicated with comorbid type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, whereas the observation group was additionally administrated a small dose of taurine, for a six-week treatment course. The pre-and post-treatment levels of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 , as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in the pre-treatment levels of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups (P>0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the observation group yielded lower levels of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, whereas a higher level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol as compared with the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the pre-treatment levels of NO and endothelin-1 between the two groups (P>0.05). As compared with the control group, the observation group yielded a higher level of NO, whereas a lower level of endothelin-1 6 weeks after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period (P>0.05). ConclusionAdditional administration of a small dose of taurine based on the conventional treatment can effectively improve the blood lipid level and endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with comorbid type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia, and it is of positive significance for alleviating the progression of the disease.
