The curative effect observation of the combination of oxytocin, misoprostol and carboprost tromethamine in preventing and treating postpartum hemorrhage
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of oxytocin and misoprostol combined with carboprost tromethamine in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. MethodsA total of 62 cases with postpartum hemorrhage tendency due to uterine inertia during cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin and misoprostol, the observation group was treated with oxytocin and misoprostol combined with carboprost tromethamine. The two groups of patients were treated with medication once. The clinical effects between the two groups were compared. The amount of intraoperative, 2h postoperative, 24h postoperative bleeding volume, continuous bleeding time and length of stay and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group (93.55%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.20%), clinical effect is significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The amount of intraoperative , 2h postoperative, 24h postoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the continuous bleeding time and length of stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionOxytocin and misoprostol combined with carboprost tromethamine in treating postpartum hemorrhage is remarkable in curative effect, can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and shorten the continuous bleeding time and length of stay, which is worthy of clinical application.
