目的探讨“靳氏头针”配合“穴位埋线”治疗发育迟缓儿童的临床效果,寻找针刺治疗发育迟缓儿童的新思路、新方法。方法选取2016年5月至2018年9月我院收治的精神运动发育迟缓儿童65例为研究对象,按照随机方法分为观察组(35例)和对照组(30例)。观察组患儿采用“靳氏头针”配合穴位埋线法进行治疗,对照组患儿给予常规康复治疗。连续治疗3个月后,评估比较两组患儿的粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分及临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患儿的GMFM量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患儿的GMFM评分均显著提高,观察组患儿的GMFM评分显著高于对照组;观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(97.14%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),临床治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“靳氏头针”结合“穴位埋线”治疗可有效促进发育迟缓儿童的运动功能发育,明显改善患儿的认知水平和语言能力,值得在临床推广应用。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of “Jin′s scalp acupuncture” combined with “acupoint embedding” on the treatment of stunting children, to find new ideas and new methods of acupuncture treatment for stunting children. Methods65 children with psychomotor retardation admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases). The children in the observation group were treated with Jin′s scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint embedding method, and those in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment. The gross motor function measure (GMFM) scores and clinical treatment effect were compared between the two groups after 3 months of continuous treatment. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the GMFM scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the GMFM scores of the two groups were significantly increased and the GMFM scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (97.14%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.33%), and the clinical treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionJin′s scalp acupuncture combined with acupoint embedding treatment can effectively promote motor function development in stunting children, significantly improve the cognitive level and language ability, and it is worthy of clinical application.
