ObjectiveTo observe the effect of erdosteine combined with bronchoscope alveolar lavage in treating patients with senile bronchiectasis complicated with infection and its effects on levels of serum inflammatory cytokine. MethodsA total of 72 patients with bronchiectasis complicated with infection were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 36 cases in each group.Control group patients were given bronchoscope alveolar lavage treatment on the basis of anti-infection treatment,while the observation group were added with erdosteine treatment on the basis of treatment of control group.Compared with clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,sputum score,inflammatory cytokine levels and adverse reactions between two groups. ResultsAfter 10 days treatment,total therapeutic efficiency of observation group （88.9%）was significantly higher than that in the control group （63.9%）,with statistical significance（P＜0.05）.The levels of FEV1,FVC,PEF,MIP,MEP,PaO2,PaCO2 were significantly improved in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than control group (P＜0.05).The scores of MD,MP were significantly decreased,MVP was significantly increased in both groups,and the MD,MP scores in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group,the MVP score of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical significance (all P＜0.05).The levels of hs-CRP, IL-10, TNF-α were significantly decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than control group (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reaction in observation group （11.1%）was lower than control group （36.1%）,with statistical significance (P＜0.05). ConclusionErdosteine combined with bronchoscopic bronchoalveolar lavage in treatment of senile bronchiectasis complicated with infection has significant clinical curative effect,which could significantly reduce inflammatory cytokine levels,improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reaction rate.
