ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of autoantibodies in the diagnosis of primary Sjogren′s syndrome. Methods52 cases of primary Sjogren syndrome from August 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected. Serum anti SSA antibody, anti SSB antibody and anti alpha-fodrin antibody were detected. Accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were compared between respectively detection of anti SSA antibody, anti SSB antibody, anti alpha-fodrin antibody with joint detection diagnosised of primary Sjogren′s syndrome based on pathological diagnosis as a gold standard by working out diagnostic ROC curve. ResultsThe accuracy rates of anti SSA antibody, anti SSB antibody and anti alpha-fodrin antibody were 75%, 61.54% and 44.23% respectively in the diagnosis of primary Sjogren′s syndrome. The accuracy rate of anti SSA antibody combined with anti SSB antibody, anti SSA antibody combined with anti alpha -fodrin antibody and anti SSB antibody combined with anti alpha-fodrin antibody was 90.38%, 90.38% and 92.31% respectively. The area under ROC curve for the detection of primary Sjogren syndrome with anti SSA antibody combined with anti alpha-fodrin antibody was up to 0.990, and the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis were 92.16% and 93.51% respectively. ConclusionThe 3 kinds of antibody, anti SSA antibody, anti SSB antibody and anti alpha-fodrin antibody, have a certain reference value for primary syndrome to separate detection or joint detection. Any two combinations can improve the positive rate of diagnosis. The sensitivity and specificity of anti SSA antibody combined with anti alpha-fodrin antibody are high, and it has high clinical value. Application value.
