目的检测分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)和健康孕妇体内血清维生素D含量及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,探讨二者之间的关系。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月在四川省三台县人民医院门诊产科行产前检查的GDM孕妇200例(糖尿病组)、健康孕妇76(对照组)为研究对象,检测两组孕妇的维生素D及HbA1c水平,对GDM孕妇维生素D含量与HbA1c水平的关系进行相关分析。结果糖尿病组孕妇的血浆25-OH-D含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。糖尿病组孕妇维生素D缺乏、维生素D不足的比例显著高于对照组,维生素D正常的比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病孕妇的HbA1c水平与其年龄(r=0.280,P=0.172)、身高(r=0.136,P=0.262)、孕前体重(r=0.158,P=0.401)、孕周(r=-0.246,P=0.074)无相关性,与维生素D含量呈负相关(r=-1.816,P=0.014)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇体内血清维生素D含量显著低于健康孕妇,其维生素D含量与HbA1c水平密切相关,早期检测维生素D含量可判断孕妇发生GDM的风险。
ObjectiveTo test the levels of serum vitamin D and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) women and healthy pregnant women, and to explore the relationship between these two factors. Methods200 GDM pregnant women (diabetes group) and 76 healthy pregnant women (control group) were selected from December 2016 to December 2017 in the department of Obstetrics and gynecology in Sichuan Santai People′s Hospital. The levels of vitamin D and HbA1c in two groups of pregnant women were detected, and the relationship between vitamin D content and HbA1c level in GDM pregnant women was analyzed. ResultsThe plasma 25-OH-D level in the DM group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). The proportion of vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency in the diabetic group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the normal proportion of vitamin D was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of HbA1c in diabetic pregnant women were not related to their age (r=0.280, P=0.172), height (r=0.136, P=0.262), pre pregnancy weight (r=0.158, P=0.401), and pregnancy week (r=-0.246, P=0.074), and negative correlation with vitamin D content (r=-1.816, P=0.014). ConclusionThe content of vitamin D in serum in pregnant women with gestational diabetes is significantly lower than that of healthy pregnant women, and the content of vitamin D is closely related to the level of HbA1c. Early detection of vitamin D content can determine the risk of GDM in pregnant women.
