【摘要】目的探讨PlGF、STOX1在子痫前期孕妇血清中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取我院收治的子痫前期住院患者80例,按病情严重程度分为两组,即重度子痫前期组(40例)、轻度子痫前期组(40例);选取同期住院行产前检查的正常孕妇40例为对照组。检测比较三组孕妇的平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白水平以及胎盘生长因子(PlGF)、STOX1水平,对子痫前期孕妇血清PlGF、STOX1水平与平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白量的关系进行相关分析。结果轻度子痫组和重度子痫组孕妇的平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白水平均高于正常对照组孕妇;重度子痫组孕妇的平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白水平高于轻度子痫组孕妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。轻度子痫组和重度子痫组孕妇血清PlGF水平均显著低于正常对照组孕妇,重度子痫组孕妇血清PlGF水平显著低于轻度子痫组孕妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻度子痫组和重度子痫组孕妇血清STOX1水平均显著高于正常对照组孕妇,重度子痫组孕妇血清STOX1水平显著高于轻度子痫组孕妇,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。子痫前期孕妇血清PlGF水平与平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白量呈显著负相关(r=-0.53,P<0.01; r=-0.56,P<0.05);血清STOX1水平与平均动脉压、24 h尿蛋白量呈显著正相关(r=0.60,P<0.05;r=0.54,P<0.01)。结论孕妇血清PlGF、STOX1水平可能与子痫前期的发生、发展以及病情的严重程度有关,检测孕妇血清PlGF、STOX1表达水平,在临床上可辅助诊断孕妇子痫前期、判断患者病情。
【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the expressions of serum PlGF and STOX1 in preeclampsia pregnant women and its clinical significance. MethodsA total of 80 patients with preeclampsia treated in our hospital were divided into severe preeclampsia group (40 cases) and mild preeclampsia group (40 cases) according to the disease severity, and 40 cases of normal pregnant women who received prenatal examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of mean arterial blood pressure, 24 h urinary protein, placenta growth factor (PlGF) and STOX1 of three groups were detected, and the above indexes were compared among three groups,the relationship between the levels of PlGF, STOX1 and the mean arterial pressure and 24 h urinary protein was analyzed. ResultsThe levels of mean arterial blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein in severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the above indexes in severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than those in mild preeclampsia group (P<0.01). The level of PlGF in severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the level of PlGF in severe preeclampsia group was significantly lower than that in mild preeclampsia group (P<0.01); the level of STOX1 in severe preeclampsia group and mild preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the level of STOX1 in severe preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in mild preeclampsia group(P<0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between mean arterial pressure, 24 h urinary protein and the levels of serum PlGF,(r=-0.53,P<0.01;r=-0.56,P<0.05), and positive correlation between mean arterial pressure, 24 h urinary protein and the levels of serum STOX1 in preeclampsia pregnant women(r=0.60,P<0.05;r=0.54,P<0.01). ConclusionsThe levels of PlGF, STOX1 may be associated with the occurrence and development of preeclampsia, and related to the severity of disease, detecting the expression of serum PlGF, STOX1 possess auxiliary diagnosis for preeclampsia and can evaluate the state of the disease.
