【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of shentong zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis. MethodsA total of 80 cases of patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with MTX, SSZ, diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and folic acid tablets, while the observation group received shentong zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment time was 12 weeks in the two groups, the therapeutic effect, PASI score, HAQ score, joint tenderness, joint swelling, ESR and CRP were compared between two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group (97.5%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.5%), and the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group (P＜0.05); after treatment, the PASI score, HAQ score, joint tenderness, joint swelling, ESR and CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05), and the decreased in the observation group was more significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionsThe clinical efficacy of shentong zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine is superior to that of western medicine in patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis, and not increases the incidence of complications, which is worth popularizing and applying.
