目的了解不同学历护理实习生对临床护理带教的需求。方法在我院2015届实习护生中随机选取本科、大专、中专护生各50名作为调查对象,对不同学历护生对临床护理带教的需求如带教老师工龄、工作态度、学历和职称、临床带教内容和方式等进行调查分析。结果三组护生对带教老师工龄、学历需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),本科护生要求带教老师工龄>10年、硕士及以上学历的比例较高(P<0.05);对专科操作、专科常用药物知识、病情观察方法、仪器设备使用和护患沟通技巧要求评分显著高于大专和中专护生(P<0.05);对基础操作和护理文书记录要求评分低于大专和中专护生(P<0.05)。三组护生对带教方式需求差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同学历护生对临床护理带教老师、带教内容需求不同,但均对病例分析和教学查房带教方式比较感兴趣,护理带教老师可根据护生学历,制定针对性带教方案,以提高带教效果,保证教学质量。
ObjectiveTo investigate the demand for the clinical nursing teaching in student nurses with different education background. MethodsA total of 150 nursing students who carried out clinical practical in our hospital among 2015 were randomly selected as the research subjects, including undergraduate, junior college and secondary specialized educational, with 50 cases in each group, the needs of clinical nursing teaching were investigated, including the working years of teachers, work attitude, education and professional title, clinical teaching content and methods and so on. ResultsThere were significant differences in the needs of working years and education of teachers among the three groups(P<0.05), and the rates of working years more than 10 years and master degree or above in the undergraduate group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.05); the scores of operation specialist, specialist knowledge of commonly used drugs, condition observation methods, using methods of instrument and equipment and communication skills with patients in the undergraduate group were significantly higher than those in the junior college group and secondary specialized group(P<0.05),while the scores of basic operation and nursing records in the undergraduate group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups (P<0.05).The differences in the needs of clinical teaching methods among the three groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). ConclusionNursing students with different educational background have different requirements for clinical nursing teachers and teaching contents, but all of the students are interested in teaching model of case analysis and teaching rounds, therefore′ the nursing teachers should consider the degrees of nursing students to develop a targeted teaching plan to improve the quality of teaching.
