目的探讨化痰逐瘀汤配合小剂量丙戊酸治疗痰气郁滞型癫痫的效果。方法选取2013年11月至2015年12月我院收治的痰气郁滞型癫痫患者58例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与联合组，每组29例。对照组患者使用小剂量丙戊酸治疗，联合组患者给予化痰逐瘀汤配合小剂量丙戊酸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的临床表现、脑电图、发作次数等计分，对比两组患者治疗后生活质量及治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后，联合组患者临床表现、发作次数、脑电图计分及治疗后生活质量各项评分均优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论化痰逐瘀汤配合小剂量丙戊酸治疗痰气郁滞型癫痫患者，效果显著，不良反应少，值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of huatanzhuyu decoction combined with small dose of valproic acid in the treatment of epilepsy of Tanqi stasis type. MethodsA total of 58 cases of patients with epilepsy of Tanqi stasis type in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combination group, with 29 cases in each group. The control group were treated with small dose of valproic acid, while the combination group received huatanzhuyu decoction on the basis of small dose of valproic acid.The scores of clinical manifestations, EEG, frequency of attack were compared between the two groups, and the quality of life, total effective rates and incidence rates of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups. ResultsThe scores of clinical manifestations, EEG, frequency of attack and quality of life in the combination group were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05); the total effective rate in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05); the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the combination group(P＜0.05). ConclusionsHuatanzhuyu decoction combined with small dose of valproic acid in the treatment of epilepsy of Tanqi stasis type has less adverse reactions, with significant effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
