目的探讨个体化、系统健康教育对壮族糖尿病患者自我管理能力及血糖、血脂、血压等指标的影响。方法选取50名符合2型糖尿病诊断并住院2次以上的纯血统壮族糖尿病患者,进行全程系统健康护理干预,比较干预前及干预6个月后的自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识掌握、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及体重等指标的变化情况。结果干预6个月后患者的自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识的掌握及上述指标比干预前明显改善,差异有统计学意义。结论个体化、全程教育护理干预可提高壮族糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,从而有效地预防和控制糖尿病并发症。
ObjectiveTo observe the change of self-management ability and various biochemical indicators after the intervention of individual and systemic health education for Zhuang minority diabetic.MethodsThe twice hospitalized of 50 type 2 diabetes Zhuang minority patients were observed in the change of self-management ability and biochemical indicators such as fasting plasma glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,blood fat and weight in before and after 6 months intervention respectively.ResultThe self-management ability, diabetes knowledge and biochemical indicators of the patients had improved significantly after 6 months intervention.ConclusionThe individual and systemic health education can raise the self-management ability of the Zhuang minority diabetic and prevent the diabetes and its chronic disease.
