目的了解广西横县和上林县居民华支睾吸虫病的感染情况。方法应用改良加藤法确诊华支睾吸虫感染者,应用两级催化模型对居民华支睾吸虫感染情况进行分析。结果两县居民华支睾吸虫感染率为56.51%, 其中40~年龄组感染率最高,为70.37%,各年龄组间感染率差异有统计学意义。居民华支睾吸虫感染率的两级催化模型曲线方程为=1.36(e-0.012t-e-0.045t),感染力a值为0.045,失去感染力b值为0.012,每年分别有4.5%的新增感染者和1.2%的感染者转阴,感染率最高的理论年龄 c值为40.05岁。结论经χ2检验认为两级催化模型拟合良好,华支睾吸虫传播速度较快且阴转慢,人群感染华支睾吸虫维持在一个比较高的水平。
ObjectiveTo investigate current status of clonorchis sinensis infection of two county residents in Guangxi.MethodsFecal examination was carried out by modified Kato-katz method.The status of infection was analyzed by using two-stage catalytic model.ResultsThe infection rates of the clonorchis sinensis in two county residents were 56.51%.People of 40~ age group showed the highest infection rate(70.37%). There were was statistically differences among all age groups in infection rates.The curve equation of two-stage catalytic model was =1.36(e-0.012t-e-0.045t).Value a(infection ability) and value b(recover ability) were 0.045 and 0.012 respectively.It meant that 4.5% people suffered infection of clonorchis sinensis and 1.2% people recovered each year.The highest infection rate of age theory (c value) was 40.05.ConclusionsTwo-stage catalytic model was fitted good,confirmed by chi-square test,and showed a high prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis because of a high spread speech and a slow rate of recover.
