To explore the efficacy of bezafibrate combined with propylene glycol alginate sodium in the treatment of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis (AHP).Methods63 AHP patients were divided into observation group(n=33) and control group(n=30).Conventional treatment, including abrosia, gastrointestinal decompression, application of antibiotics and proton pump inhibitors, somatostatin,Gabexate mesylate, and so on,were undergo in control group. On the basic therapy of control group, bezafibrate(nasal feeding) and propylene glycol alginate sodium(intravenous drip) were added in observation group. The efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment.ResultsRecovery time of CRP,blood and urine amylase of observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0. 05),rate of complications, severe pancreatitis, transformation to operation and fatality were lower than control group′s(P<0. 05);but serum calcium and the descend range of serum triglyceride in 72h were higher than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsBezafibrate combined with propylene glycol alginate sodium can lower serum triglyceride levels, relieving conditions of illness, improving the prognosis of diseases.
