ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of strain rate imaging (SRI) on evaluating left atrial function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods19 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM group) and 22 health people(control group) were included.The strain rate values including peak systolic strain rate (SSR),early diastolic strain rate peak (ESR) and late diastolic strain rate peak (ASR) were measured.Individual average of SSR,ESR,ASR were calculated and analyzed between DCM group and control group.ResultsDifferences of ESR、ASR and SSR between DCM group and control group were statistically significant (P＜0.05),and the values in DCM group were lower than control group.ConclusionSRI can quantitatively evaluate left atrial function of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
