ObjectiveTo investigate the cost-effect of the early rehabilitation in the acute cerebral infarction with hemiplegia.MethodsAll 124 cases of the acute cerebral infarction with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups:62 cases were the early rehabilitation group,62 cases were the control group.The evaluation was completed by the NIHSS Scale and the ADL Scale.The costs about nurse care,medicine,bed,laboratory test,check,other costs and the total costs of the patients spent in the hospital were record and analyzed in detail,and the cost-effect was evaluated in the tow groups.ResultsThere were significant differences in the costs of nurse care,medicine,bed and the total costs,and in the cost-effect between the two groups(P＜0.05).ConclusionIt was no more hospitalized costs in patients of the acute cerebral infarction with hemiplegia treated by the rehabilitation in the early time compared with the control group,it can save the costs and improve the result.
