ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of renal function and renal/weight index in various intervals of ischemia/ reperfusion injury rat model.MethodsRat renal ischemia/ reperfusion injury model was performed by placing the atraumatic microvascular clamp in both renal artery for 60 minutes.Plasma levels of urea nitrogen,creatinine,kalium and renal/weight index in various intervals after the operation were examined,and the changes of renal function after performing rat renal I/R model were observed.Results(1)The renal/weight index significantly increased from 12 hours to 72 hours post-reperfusion(P＜0.05),and reached its peak at 48 hours.(2)Plasma levels of BUN,Cr and kalium significantly increased from 6 hours to 72 hours post-reperfusion(P＜0.05),reached its peak at 48 hours.ConclusionRenal function,renal/weight index,serum kalium significantly increase after post-reperfusion,and reach its peak in 48 hours post-reperfusion.
