ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of chronic pulmonary heart disease for patients with acute exacerbation in the general treatment based on the use of nitroglycerin and diltiazem.Methods120 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were used infection control, unobstructed respiratory tract, improving respiratory function, correcting hypoxemia and carbon dioxide retention, control of breathing and heart failure, active treatment of complications etc.The observation group combined with nitroglycerin injection and diltiazem treatment.Comparative observation of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms (fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitation etc.) and symptoms improvement before and after treatment, and the left ventricular and right ventricular ejection fraction, heart rate and the average length of stay.ResultsAlthough the results of two groups, clinical symptoms and signs were improved, but the treatment group is better than the control group. The improvement in right heart function and heart rate of the treatment group was significantly effective.ConclusionNitroglycerin with diltiazem is of benefit to chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute exacerbation.
