ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of erbesartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods160 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group. The control group was given erbesartan or nifedipine sustained-release tablets in addition, while the observation group was given atorvastatin on the basic therapy of control group. After 6 months of treatment, ambulatory blood pressure, serum lipids, blood uric acid were analyzed and compared.ResultsAfter 6 months of treatment, the blood pressure were control effectively. Before and after treatment the patient blood pressure was controlled effectively. There were no significant difference between 24hSPp and 24hDBp of the two groups above(P>0.05).24hpp and blood liquid level of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionIt′s helpful using erbesartan combined with atorvastatin to decrease 24hpp and blood uric acid of patients with primary hypertension, so as to protect the target organ of hypertension effectively.
